Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and relational leader to shepherd our 6th-12th grade students in evangelism, assimilation, and spiritual formation. This job will present great potential for pastoral growth through the unique opportunities of being mentored and developing pastoral gifts both inside and outside of student ministries.

Reports to the lead Pastor on a regular basis and the Elders on a periodic basis.
Responsibilities:
A. Administration and Integration
- Develop a holistic vision for youth ministry that integrates students into the broader, multi-generational life of the church
- Partner with the church staff to serve the whole church through periodic preaching, assisting with communion, and other aspects of Sunday services as needed.
B. Evangelism and Assimilation
- Be present for worship on Sunday mornings to engage youth and families.
- Facilitate regular youth group meetings and periodic events to incorporate students as valued members of the church.
- Build a culture of evangelism by clearly and regularly presenting the Gospel to students, and providing periodical outreach opportunities to teach them to do the same.
C. Discipleship and Spiritual Formation
- Effectively recruit, support, and lead a core team of volunteer leaders.
- Engage and build relationships with youth outside of regular meetings through mission trips, outreach opportunities, and attendance at extra-curricular activities. 3. Listen to and partner with parents in discipling teens, and serve on the Men s ministry team.
