Job Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls via desk phone (no face-to-face customer contact)
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer emails ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other parts center team members based on trust and reliability
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, tactfully
- Provide quality parts recommendation, including alternatives
- Utilize and navigate through computer applications
- Other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
Physical Demands: - Ability to answer phone and talk to customers all day in a seated position.
- Ability to clearly communicate so that others can understand you.
- Ability to do repetitive work.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
