Parts Counter Associate

Moore Cadillac-Subaru in Richmond Virginia has an immediate opening for an experienced professional.

Responsibilities include tracking all part shipments, locating parts when the dealer is out of stock, handling all payment collection and making sure parts are billed correctly through our service department, as well as packing and shipping part back to the manufacture and perform needed record keeping. Must be able to use the parts manual to look up the appropriate parts, electronic and paper manuals. Experience in automotive parts sales recommended. Must have computer proficiency. Must be a team player ,flexible and focus on customer service and satisfaction. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to pass background and drug screening. Smoke free campus.
