Partnership Engagement Advisor with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
Facilitate communication requirements across an entire agency.
Develop and implement communication plans. Provide recommendations on communication approaches for clients.
Ability to provide additional support or backfill manning gaps for advisement efforts with Federal, Private, Foreign and Academic programs, as needed.
Uses the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
Acts as a technical liaison with partners
Coordinates partnership activities, including assessments, briefings, trainings and evaluations. Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services
Qualifications Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
BS years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Previous partnership engagement, Outreach, or DEIA experience desired.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
