Role Overview:

The Partner Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of partner content sessions at conferences, summits, and large-scale events at TM Forum. This role requires a great communicator, strong project management skills, and the ability to curate engaging content and experiences that meet the needs of attendees in discussion with the partner.

Responsibilities:

Content Curation and Program Development: Collaborate with partner subject matter experts, industry leaders, and stakeholders to curate compelling program content. Work with the partner to identify and recruit keynote speakers, panelists, and presenters who can provide valuable insights and perspectives.

Speaker Management: Manage relationships with speakers, including communication, logistics coordination, and content development. Provide guidance and support to ensure that speakers are prepared and aligned with event goals and themes.

Post-Event Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluation and analysis to assess partner session success, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future events.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong literacy skills, with experience in conference or event content creation.
