Associate, Partner Marketing, will play a critical role in helping support through collaborative marketing strategy across our extensive partner ecosystem.

This individual will inherit and execute a number of existing partner marketing initiatives (ad hoc requests, event deliverables, brand recognition internally and externally, recurring partner marketing health meetings, etc.), while also working with the Senior Partner Marketing Manager to create new strategies and campaign ideas.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, and holistic (big picture) thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large). This individual should be comfortable interfacing externally with Partners.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with partner organizations to drive awareness and conversion across the intended audience

Execute and optimize existing partner marketing initiatives

Recommend and implement partner marketing programs/deliverables that support key business OKRs

Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. design, demand generation, sales, product marketing, brand) to develop marketing and enablement materials

Qualifications:

2+ years of work experience in a B2B marketing role, transportation industry is not required, but is encouraged.

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience with marketing teams in innovative, fast-paced and customer-centric environments

Strong communication and writing skills

Comfort interfacing with Partners and cross-functional teams

Multi-dimensional skillset, including: project management, tactical planning, strategic thinking, relationship management, analytical skills; Google Slides (or equivalent)

Forward-thinking, energetic, organized, and detailed
