Part Time Senior Accountant
Schedule: 3 days/week either M/Tu/W or Tu/W/Th (and work from the office 2 out of 3 days per week)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch. Ideally, 7.5 hour day X 3= 22.5 hours/week. Also open to candidates who can work 7 hours/day X 3 = 21 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Part Time Senior Accountant will assist with testing of the new system - Sage Intacct
- Part Time Senior Accountant will possibly assist with testing of the new AP system, Tipalti
- Because of the transition from Great Plains to Sage Intacct, there will be a lot of back and forth - Part Time Senior Accountant will be supporting the other accountant on the team with schedules.
- Part Time Senior Accountant will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting required for Part Time Senior Accountant role
- 5-7+ years previous accounting experience required for Part Time Senior Accountant role
- Previous Sage Intacct experience
- Nonprofit experience is preferred but NOT required
- Excel - pivot tables
