Part - Time Overnight Direct Support Professional

We are searching for full-time and part-time Life Skills Trainers to work the Overnight shift in our residential programs located in Irwin and Greensburg, PA. Responsibilities Direct Support Professional Responsibilities: Provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving Accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients Direct Support Professional Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Tuition reimbursement Intensive, on-going training PPE Training and Supplies Provided, COVID testing available We offer a wide range of settings where clinical and professional skills can be developed. Qualifications Direct Support Professional Qualifications: A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED required (associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation Time management skills The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee ReMed Is An Equal Opportunity Employer
