Part-time temporary to hire Office/HR Assistant position located in the North Shore. Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR and Accounting department. Manage front desk, greet visitors, prepare new hire paperwork, assist with onboarding, coordinate I9 management, assist with ad hoc tasks, track office supply inventory, distribute mail, maintain purchase orders, assist with travel arrangements and support HR team with special projects.1 year of experience working in HR Environment and data entry in ADP Workforce preferred. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
