Flexible 1st shift - 20 Hours Per Week Must have Valid Nursing Home Administrator License as certified by the Ohio Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS) through the Ohio Department of Health
The Nursing Home Administrator directs, supervises and evaluates long-term and acute care operations at designated location (nursing, social services, medical services, activities, dietary, pastoral care, medical records, compliance, life safety, admissions, quality assurance and performance improvement, therapy)
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable standards of environmental health and safety
- Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local health and safety laws and rules governing nursing home operations
- General administration psychology of patient care; principles of medical care; personal and social care; therapeutic and supportive care and services in long term care
- Departmental organization and management; community interrelationship
- Ability to deal with many variables & determine specific course of action
- Gather, collate, and classify information about data, people, or things
