OS+ New Vehicle Delivery Process
- Escort Customer from F&I to New Vehicle Delivery Area
- Log in via mobile DealerConnect
- Enter the last 8 digits of sold VIN
- Complete Walkaround on exterior of the vehicle to ensure it is in New Condition and free of any scratches, dings, dents, dirt, etc.
- Present both keys to owner and demonstrate how to get complete use of the keys provided
- Provide the owner their Owner's Manual
- Review Features and Actions of Vehicle
- Go over available feature videos in app
- Pair all devices with the vehicle that the customer wants paired
- Demonstrate how to pair these devices if applicable
- Demonstrate how to use once paired if applicable
- Activate SiriusXM Satellite Radio if available
- Demonstrate how to use the Rear Entertainment System if applicable
- Make sure the vehicle has the temporary tag or transferred tag on prior to departure
