Job Title: Maintenance/HVAC

Part-time Hours:

Location: Towanda, PA

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Job Description: Assist Client HVAC Mechanics with daily general work tasks. Use of general tools is required.

Specific tasks include:

Cleaning HVAC coils with water and garden hose, to include disposal of waste in approved waste streams. Some units are cleaned utilizing an environmentally safe cleaning agent.

Assist HVAC Mechanics with general tasks, such as cleaning, moving tools and equipment

Driving Maintenance Truck

General 5S tasks

Monitoring water softener salt and refill as needed

Custodial maintenance tasks:

Painting

Moving furniture

Doing safety checks

Work involves working on rooftops

Rooftop access is done under approved fall protection protocols.

When a unit to be worked on is less than 15 feet from the roof's edge a harness is required.

We adhere to OSHA's requirements for roof approaches.

Most units are on a roof with a stairway access. There are a few fixed ladders. Fixed ladders over 24 feet have cages. (We will adjust the workload based on OnBoard's requirements for ladders, if a unit is outside the guidelines, we will do the cleaning of that unit and not utilize the helper)
