- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Must have HCA (Registered with Home Care Aide)
- If CNA/HHA then must have proof of certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Covid- 19 Fully Vaccinated
- Access to mobile phone
- Ability to travel within the East Bay
