part time Construction Technician

This part time position will work during the day, Monday - Friday, but has some flexibility with actual work days during the week. The Construction Technician performs a wide range of skilled construction tasks including maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning in facilities and equipment at a level not requiring formal licensure. The Construction Technician may be required to perform tasks of other unlicensed trades, such as operating light equipment, carpentry, and painting. The Construction Technician practices preventative maintenance of tools and equipment and complies with federal regulations governing safety, environmental protection, hazardous waste disposal, and the use of chemical substances and materials common to construction.
