part time Box Truck Driver

Apply Job Type Part-time Description We are seeking Box Truck Drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating a 26' box truck with a liftgate to safely delivery windows/sliding doors to customers. All deliveries are local (within 100 miles, and home daily). Delivery assistant/helper provided for all deliveries. Commercial driver license is not required. Hours are consistent and dependable all year. Shift is generally 6am-4pm Mon-Fri. You will be scheduled weekly to drive 2-3 days per week. Opportunity to transition to full time. Requirements What we are looking for: Dependable driver who actively communicates with company and customers Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate Load and unload cargo Properly document work and delivery Responsibilities: Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate Load and unload cargo Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to company Inspect truck before and after trip, and maintain a clean and presentable vehicle Qualifications: Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields (3+ years preferred) You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record FMCSA Medical DOT card (DOT Physical) required Commercial driver's license is a plus (not required) Ability to handle physical workload up to 75lbs unassisted Strong work ethic and communication skills Benefit package: Medical (Full-time employees) Dental (Full-time employees) Vision (Full-time employees) Other benefits available (Full-time employees) Sick, Vacation and Holiday pay (Full-time employees) Overtime pay (1.5x pay) after 40 hours work each week Salary Description $17-$18 per hour plus OT and benefits
