Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Hawthorne, NY
Responsibilities for this Bookkeeper Opportunity:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
What we are looking for in a Bookkeeper:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
