Creative Financial Staffing is helping a new client source a part time Bookkeeper. For years, this company has outsourced all bookkeeping duties but are now bringing things in house.
Position: Part Time Bookkeeper - This position will start out at 20 hours per week, and can gradually increase over time as the position evolves
Compensation: $26-35/hour heavily dependent on experience
Location: Bloomfield, CT (SEE BELOW)
- Candidates can work 3-5 days per week, flexible with days and hours worked
- The position will start off on site, but can transition into a hybrid schedule
More about the role:
- The Part Time Bookkeeper will work in house with the Owner and AP/AR Specialist who has been there 5 years.
- Our client is looking to hire by March 1st
Part Time Bookkeeper Duties:
- Facilitate the month end close process
- Reconciliations
- Work with the outside accounting firm in case they have questions
- Work as a backup for the AP/AR Specialist
Part Time Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- The ideal Part Time Bookkeeper will have experience with AP/AR and the month end close process
