Part Time Billing Specialist (20-30 hours)

Join an engaging team in a fast pace environment as a Part Time Billing Specialist. This person will act as a strong support system to their FC Bookkeeper.
About the Opportunity as a Part Time Billing Specialist:
- This role will run about 20-25 hours per week
- $22-25/hour depending on experience
- This role will support the FC Bookkeeper
- Global organization but only 14 employees in house.
- The office is located in a great area in Newington, CT - Very close to many local lunch spots.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Billing Specialist:
- Create invoices for customers, ensure billing is done on time and accurately
- Collect and apply payment
- Monitor aging reports, and facilitate collections as needed getting third parties involved
- Process accounts payable as a backup
- Filing
Preferred Qualifications of the Part Time Billing Specialist:
- EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS ARE PREFERRED (Daily usage, and exposure to formulas, spreadsheets and functions)
- QuickBooks experience is the strongly desired
- Great attention to detail is expected in the Part Time Billing Specialist
