Part-Time Attorney
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area
Hours: Variable, initially around 10 hours per week with potential for growth
Salary: $35/hour - $50/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in various legal proceedings by making court appearances.
- Providing legal advice and assistance in litigation matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing necessary legal documents.
- Representing clients in mediation sessions and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborating with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations in Texas.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice law in Texas.
