Accounts Payable Specialist

Growing non-profit organization located in the Denver Tech Center is looking to add a sharp Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to their team.
The Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist will work within an accounting team of 8 and report to the Controller.
The Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist is the sole accounts payable person on the team.

Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- full cycle accounts payable processing utilizing NetSuite
- process 60 invoices/week
- manage the accounts payable inbox
- process checks and ACHs
- coding to 2 entities
- manage weekly check runs in NetSuite
- route and follow up with managers for invoice approvals

Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- comfortable learning new systems
- comfortable with MS Office
- team and service-oriented

Hours for the Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist can be flexible (20-30 hours/week) in office; need to be in on Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays
