Duties You will assist the Office of Counsel in delivering legal services with respect to all matters pertaining to the fulfillment of Supervisor's responsibilities. You will assist the servicing Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Specialist with drafting disciplinary action and preparing responses to union and employee grievances. You will assist attorneys responding to EEO complaints, MSPB appeals, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice (ULP) charges and act as agency technical representative in court or at third party proceedings. You will act as the Command's Freedom of information Act (FOIA) Coordinator and respond to FOIA requests and other requests for official information and testimony involving matters in litigation. You will manage the Ethics Program by conducting orientation and exit briefings, tracking and preparing initial and annual ethics training. You will serve as a records liaison (RL) for the legal office and hold oversight responsibility for implementation, management and administration of Records management (RM). You will serve as the command's PA/Personal Identifiable Information Coordinator (PPC) and, as such, serve as the principle point of contact for all command Privacy Act/PII matters. You will serve as the Office Manager for the Office of the Counsel. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. If the position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-13, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $117,198.
