Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced organization with a distinguished litigation record. The individual will provide comprehensive legal support in various aspects of law, including litigation, disability law, workers compensation law, plaintiff law, and personal injury law. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. This position demands a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research and compile information in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
3. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings; this may include organizing exhibits, documents, and other necessary resources.
4. Maintain and manage legal documentation and case files efficiently.
5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
6. Liaise with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to gather and validate information.
7. Stay updated with the changes in legislation and regulations that pertain to our legal practice.
8. Assist in the preparation of legal arguments and supporting materials for presentation in court.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry.
2. Exceptional understanding and experience in litigation, disability law, workers compensation law, plaintiff law, and personal injury law.
3. A Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved institution.
4. Proficient in legal research and documentation with a strong attention to detail.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality.
10. Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other members of the firm.
