Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, judicial decisions and legal articles that can be used to strengthen our clients' cases.
3. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses, ensuring that all documents are accurate, concise, and persuasive.
4. Participate in providing support to senior attorney and client.
5. Communicate with relevant parties to gather information, schedule meetings, and coordinate various case activities.
6. Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and civil litigation procedures
7. Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies, working collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve favorable outcomes for our client.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in paralegal focusing on civil litigation, personal injury and insurance defense.
3. Proven experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
4. Exceptional legal writing and research skills, with the ability to draft compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with client, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
8. A strong commitment to ethics and professional responsibility, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
