Job DetailsThe Legal Specialist is a role of the utmost importance to the success and growth of Armada and the success of our clients. This position is responsible for the handling of a group of cases from the day they are retained by the firm, to the day that our clients are compensated.
Responsibilities
Delivering a kickass mind blowing experience to our client base
Complete case functions to increase settlement value and drive case towards settlement.
Involvement in the improvement of systems and functions tied to job functions firm-wide.
Advocate for our clients needs medically, ensuring they are able to receive the best care possible.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law and legal processes
Experience in handling a pending inventory of cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and address legal issues
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical documentation
Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is preferred
