Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the law? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment where every day brings new opportunities to showcase your skills? If so, we are seeking a Permanent Paralegal to join our prestigious legal firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an integral part in our litigation team, working on complex and fascinating cases. You will be expected to bring your expertise in legal writing, trial preparation, and legal document preparation to the table, along with your excellent time management and office administration skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings.
2. Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
3. Conducting legal research and factual investigation.
4. Managing discovery processes, including document review and coordination with expert witnesses.
5. Preparing legal briefs and memoranda on various legal issues.
6. Handling personal injury cases, including client intake, claim filing, and settlement negotiations.
7. Maintaining an organized and efficient document filing system.
8. Assisting with office administration tasks, such as coordinating meetings, managing attorney calendars, and maintaining case files.
9. Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Paralegal position will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the litigation field.
2. A Paralegal Certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
3. Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document review.
4. Experience with trial preparation and legal document preparation.
5. Familiarity with personal injury law and procedures.
6. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Proficiency in office administration and the use of legal software.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
