Paraeducator

Applicants MUST meet the proficiency requirement in any one of the following ways:
• Complete 48 semester or 72 quarter college units (SEE NOTE BELOW)
• Hold an AA or higher degree (SEE NOTE BELOW)
• Pass the CBEST
• Pass the District's "No Child Left Behind" test PLEASE NOTE: If you have completed college or university coursework in an institution in a country other than the United States, you MUST obtain a FOREIGN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION. Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume Comments and Other Information Fingerprint & TB Clearance will be required. This position requires the successful completion of a static strength test as a condition of employment. Successful completion of the test is correlated with the ability to perform the essential physical tasks identified for this position.
