Palliative Care RN

The Palliative Care RN implements and evaluates goals and objectives for patients in the Intensive Care Unit, related to palliative care needs. The RN works with physicians, nurses, social workers, and spiritual care to coordinate palliative care needs for patients in the Intensive Care unit. Job Requirements: Required: Degree in Nursing with an active NYS RN license. Five (5) years direct patient care experience in an acute care setting.
