Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join our growing team. As a board certified or board eligible physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients and their families
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on palliative care options and end-of-life care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the delivery of palliative care services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Participate in on-call coverage as required

Qualifications:
  • Board certified or board eligible in palliative care
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in palliative care
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of palliative care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
