PAY: $24.38 an hour
SHIFT: 3rd shift 10:30PM - 7:00AM OR 2nd shift 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Palletizer Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing production equipment, including palletizing machinery.

• Follow production specifications, schedules, and quality standards to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.

• Handle raw materials and finished goods, including moving, packing, and sorting according to established procedures.

• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.

• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis and reporting purposes.

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Troubleshoot processing problems and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and address any issues or challenges that arise.
Requirement:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Knowledge of operating and maintaining palletizing equipment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
