Job Description and Duties Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Building Trades, the Painter II's primary responsibility will include but is not limited to the following tasks: lay out, lead, and inspect the work of a crew of Painters and/or inmates, and perform work activities such as scraping, sanding, and filling surfaces in preparation for painting and finishing, perform preventive maintenance utilizing a predetermined painting schedule; coordinate with other trades, repair window glass.
