You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. The shift comes with ability to have 2 raises in the first year. Hands on training for 4-8 weeks on 1 st shift. All interested individuals should apply.
4 th Shift-Friday-Sunday 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Able to work 12-hour days
Able to work Overtime as needed
Able to pass fit testing requirements
Able to bend and lift 30 pounds repeatedly
Understand and follow flatline paint machine set up
Understand and follow picklists/orders
Perform other duties and tasks as directed by supervisor or senior employees
Check parts for proper fabrication
Strong communicate skills
Ability to read and use calipers/micrometers
Strong mathematical skills
Utilize tape measure
Read set up sheets and blueprints
Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
