Job Requirements

Join our team as a paint specialist and embark on a journey where every stroke of color is a masterpiece. You'll immerse yourself in the world of paint, becoming a trusted consultant to our valued customers.

Starting pay range at $23/hr.

This is a full-time position in Kingston, MA.

Provide expert consultation to customers on products and projects
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and solving complex problems
Assist customers in selecting the right products, ensuring accurate quotes and pricing
Offer comprehensive knowledge of paint types, finishes, and tools
Explore faux and decorative finishes to unleash creativity
Master the art of color matching and tinting
Perform routine paint machine maintenance for flawless performance
Maintain a clean work area for optimal productivity

Work Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of Retail Experience or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in retail paint sales or professional painting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Benjamin Moore Paint and paint color matching preferred.
Weekend Availability Required.
Positive and professional personality.
Vital customer service and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to complete store-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, twisting, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
