Job Overview The PACE Program Coordinator position is responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion. Includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards and activities in addition to assisting with the budget and keeping abreast of regulatory guidelines as applicable to PACE programs. Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. 2. Minimum of 2 years of overall experience required. 3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis/project management preferred. 4. Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred. 5. Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training or business integration highly preferred. 6. Current license, insurance, vehicle and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions.
