We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Overnight Wellness Nurse opportunity near Seattle, WA. This position is an integral member of our clients' nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for residents.
Position: Overnight Wellness Nurse
Location: Near Seattle, WA
Duties:
- Provide nursing services to residents
- Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
- Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessment
Qualifications:
- Current and valid WA State RN/LPN License
- Long-term Care, skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living experience preferred
