Competitive pay with provided medical malpractice insurance. Looking for Monday, Tuesday &/or Wednesday from 4:30pm to 8 or 10am.
Requirements:
Current Illinois Medical license
Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
Current DEA certificate
