Perform light housekeeping, including (but not limited to); laundry, changing linens/making the bed, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Provide companionship. Lift or carry the occasional load up to 30 lbs, climbing, bending or kneeling, walking or standing, and repetitive motion. Qualifications: Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Must have valid driver's license Capable of working independently and to carry out tasks with minimum supervision Clean record to include no felonies of any nature and a clear status to the elderly abuse and sexual predator registry Able to successfully pass a drug test Ability to read, write, and conduct effective written and verbal communication with patient, staff, and fellow caregivers Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a certificate to work in the United States Ability to stay awake and alert at all times Spirit of service with the elder members of our community EOE: This company is an equal opportunity employer.
