Title: Oven Operator(Food Production)

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay: $17.25/HR

Schedule: Open to any schedule(1st,2nd,3rd)

Job Summary: This position is responsible to assure that a high quality and safe product is produced and baked.

Essential Job Functions
-Responsible to set up and test all equipment.
-Responsible to set up new baking programs.
-Responsible to monitor oven temperature and product appearance.
-Responsible to set up and verify printer.
-Responsible to complete the required production paperwork.
-Responsible to train new candidates.
-Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager when machine repairs are needed to prevent downtime.
-Responsible to notify line lead, supervisors or manager on non- conforming products.
-Responsible to keep the area clean.
-Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager any type of accident or incidents.
- Availability to work different shifts

Food Safety Responsibilities
-All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor
-Monitors and enforces cGMPs
-Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs

Physical Requirement:
-Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 Lbs.
-Frequently push/pull up to 50 Lbs.
