Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an outside sales specialist in Waukesha, WI. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for field service, customer service, sales, training, and account management. They will engage with customers, identify their flooring needs, provide product information, offer solutions, and manage client accounts to ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Customer Service experience
- Sales and Account Management skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus
- Training and presentation skills
