Get ready to step into a fast-paced, high-energy role as a Facility Services Sales Representative. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is passionate about sales and customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company, directly interacting with our clients and driving our business forward. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified territory, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and seeking out new prospects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and targets.
2. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our facility services and solutions, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts.
4. Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
5. Pass their 12-week extensive Nationally-ranked training program

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years in outside sales
2. Hunter mentality, competitive
3. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, B2B sales experience
