Pay Range: $70k - $80k/annum. $500 car allowance; Company cell phone provided; Insurance provided for the employee; Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Note- Travel: No extensive travel, and are home every night. No overnight travel (maybe training) and no weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

90% outside sales for lead generation

Call on current and target accounts

Develop and make sales presentations that ensure aftermarket sales.

Develop strategic plans and work with local management to ensure the growth of assigned service accounts.

Develop strategic plans and work with local management to develop new and maintain existing short term rental equipment customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and build new relationships with potential key customers.

Collaborate with branch management and internal departments regarding receivables. Understand the importance of timely follow up with customers, managers, and staff making communication a top priority.

Clear doc center every day.

Fill out the call sheet weekly and submit it to the supervisor. Data from the call sheet is entered into CRM every day.

For the first year, every WO that hits the doc center gets a personal visit, then hit Left-Right-Across.

15-20 calls a day.

10 new preventive maintenance are signed per month.

6 new client accounts are set up per month.

2 new rentals per month.

5 SWS leads per month.

15+ equipment leads per month.

3 shop jobs per month.

ID and work 6-8 Target accounts on a weekly basis.

5 new Dock and Door preventative maintenance services per month (door/leveller/restraint).

Once you join the team, you will prospect through cold calls and in the field to generate new sales.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have your own car.

Seeking a hunter mentality.

Experience: 2 - 5 years proven outside sales professional, or strong background selling or renting industrial equipment, part replacement, preventive maintenance, and forklift or warehouse equipment

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products and use of CRM a plus.

Education: College degree preferred but not required.
