Job Description Job Description Established supplier located in North Orange County is adding to their team, and is hiring an experienced Packaging Sales Representative for the LA territory.

MAIN FOCUS:- Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Growing the territory through and adding new customers
- Keeping up to date knowledge on product offerings in the marketplace
- Delivering creative custom solutions to meet the customer s specific needs
- Lead generation and follow up on potential business
- Updating customer records for efficient reporting and keeping detailed notes
REQUIREMENTS:- Consultative sales experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in sales and marketing.
- Packaging industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is required for customer visits.
- Must be willing and able to travel to the assigned territory 4-5 days per week.

- Familiarity working with CRM databases
BASE SALARY: $80-85k/yr.
