Outside Sales Engineer (Remote- Must live within Sales Territory) Locations: Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Washington DC, New Jersey, Delaware, and Central Pennsylvania
Salary: 50-90K+ Commission (Strongly prefer the base to be around 50% of OTE)
Job Description: This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Engineer. The Outside Sales Engineer will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and generating new business through prospecting and networking, presenting, and selling company products, preparing, and delivering customer-focused presentations, and providing post-sales support. The Outside Sales Engineer will also be responsible for managing sales channels, establishing, and maintaining key relationships with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. We have several roles open, including Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Washington DC, New Jersey, Delaware, and Central Pennsylvania.
Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Experience in industrial and institutional sales
- Experience with Steam, Humidification and Hot Water Systems
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend trade shows
