Outpatient Urology Locums

Facility in Wellsboro is looking for a Urologist.

Schedule: Full time, 5 days a week office practice from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with surgeries. No after hours call.

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Shifts/Month: 20 (FT 5 days each week)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active PA State License - Required
• DEA Required: Yes
• Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
• Required Procedures: Typical Urology procedures
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION:

• M-F 8a-4:30p No after hours call

PAY RATES:

• $375/hr

JOB INFORMATION:

• Practice Type: Hospital Based Free Standing clinic
• No call
• Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele's, etc.
• 1 possibly 2 OR/Surgery Days in Hospital
• AVG 20 patients per day
• No additional Urologist or APPs at this location as it is a solo practice
• APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No
• Will provider work solo? Yes
• Other specialties on-site: Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24/7
• Adult 100%
• EMR: Epic and Cerner
