Job description
Duties:
Daily manage and respond to emails and phone messages in a timely manner
Attend all required meetings on time. Plan, schedule, and conduct administrative meetings
Provide one-on-one therapy to clients using appropriate methods and techniques
Be accessible to ACRP Supervisors and Clinical staff for emergencies, phone messaging, and reporting
Attend all required Clinical Supervision and Treatment Team meetings
Document in accordance with ACRP Policy all services rendered and deliver the documentation to the Program Director during the weekly scheduled meetings
Cooperate with ACRP in resolving job related issues that may arise
Take responsibility for compliance imposed by ACRP, managed care organization, along with state and federal licensing bodies' rules and regulations
Provide legible progress notes and encounter forms within the required time frame to meet all ACRP, Department of Human Services, managed care organizations and other licensing bodies' standards
Must meet the minimum weekly billable hour requirement based on location. The location billable hour requirement is determined by the Executive Director
Complete intakes and all paperwork accurately and submitted in a timely manner
Refer clients to Blended Case Managers or Peer Support services when appropriate
Complete continued education trainings
Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions with clients
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Therapist License
1 year of professional experience in the mental health or human services, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
