Above-market compensation $250k starting salary range. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary. No nights, no weekends, and very limited if any phone call. Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 and great benefits. Cloud-based electronic health records and technology.
