Physical Therapist duties:
Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation/ assessment, establishing and implementing a plan of care, assessing effectiveness of and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement, and educating patients/caregivers.
Job requirements:
• At least one year experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient PT clinic or ambulatory care clinic
• Graduate of a Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program
• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado
• Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy
