Eliot is seeking a (LICSW/LMHC) clinician with at least 3 years post licensure experience to provide clinical supervision, quality assurance reviews, crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation, diagnostic and supervision skills. Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors and other professionals administer a full range of clinical and support services, resulting in a comprehensive collaborative approach to treatment. Responsibilities: Provide at least 15 billable client hours each week which may include initial assessments and outpatient therapy. Provide regularly scheduled individual and/or group supervision with assigned clinical staff. Serve as a permanent member of the Utilization Review Committee and be able to facilitate meetings as needed. Monitor clinical and administrative performance for assigned clinical staff, conduct performance appraisals, and make recommendations to the Director regarding the promotion or dismissal and corrective action plans for assigned staff, while personally modeling high professional standards. Comply with policies and procedures of managed care organizations, Medicaid/Mass Health, and Medicare to assure authorization of all clinical services rendered. Monitor the development and implementation of goal-oriented treatment plans in accordance with the Utilization Review standards, sound clinical practice, and in collaboration with the clients, families, and other appropriate parties. Represent the service at interagency meetings to facilitate treatment and discharge planning as needed. Participate in program development and implementation of identified marketing efforts. Conduct periodic evaluation of treatment, outcomes, and client satisfaction surveys and prepare reports of clinical services activities as required. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
