JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Company fee - 9%
- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $250 (weekly)
- Trailer rent:
flatbed - $250 weekly (equipment included)
dry van - $250 weekly
- Pre-pass $30 (monthly)
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly)
