We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Otolaryngologist in Astoria, Oregon, at Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH). This is a full-time position.

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) located in beautiful Astoria, Oregon is a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority. CMH has proudly served the healthcare needs of our community for over a century. Combined, the hospital and clinics employ over 700 employees which includes a diverse professional medical staff of more than 80 physicians and advance practice professionals including surgical, non-surgical and primary care specialties.


We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngology (ENT) physician to serve the efforts of OHSU and CMH in improving the health of all Oregonians.


This position will serve as an OHSU Clinical Associate providing clinical care within Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) located in Astoria, Oregon. OHSU Clinical Associates are fully embedded physician and advanced practice provider members of the OHSU Practice Plan (OPP) who deliver care at OHSU-affiliated settings and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care. The Otolaryngologist will provide clinical care and surgical care within Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Oregon. Will take fair share of call on nights, weekends, and holidays.


  • MD / DO
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Active Oregon Medical License and DEA certification
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals
