OT Home Health

• The Occupational Therapist in the Home Health Program sets up appropriate plans of care under the direction of the physician for the patient.
• The Occupational Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient.
• The Occupational Therapist will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree - Occupational Therapy. Or,

• Ph.D. - Occupational Therapy.

• 2 years - Experience in adult Occupational Therapy Services.
